How Elliot Lost 32lbs in 12 Weeks

Here’s how he achieved this:

Firstly, when our members start with us here at RTB, they are usually surprised to find out they won’t be doing any sort of restrictive, bland, low calorie diets.

We try to educate our members about being flexible with their approach to nutrition and practice moderation with the high calorie foods they REALLY enjoy.

It’s all about having a BALANCED LIFESTYLE!

What good is it being in amazing shape, yet you have no social life, eat out of Tupperware every day and can’t enjoy the finer things in life.

(For me it’s a nice smooth whiskey and Nobbly Bobbly lolly ices)

People laugh, but it’s the truth.

The best ‘diet’ is the one you can stick to!

We get messages all the time from people who say they have lost 20lbs in two weeks but have gained it all back again and don’t know how to keep it off.

A lot of people will lose the same 20lbs over and over again because they didn’t do it in a sustainable way. The answer to keeping weight off for good is taking a sustainable approach.

Elliot has been very vocal about the fact he’s had a few nights out in the last 3 months.

Yet he’s still managed to lose 32lbs.

HOW?

It’s all about calories in vs calories out!

If you’re consuming less calories than you’re burning over the course of the week, you’ll lose weight/reduce body fat.

If you consume more calories than you need, you’ll gain weight/body fat.

It’s that simple.

Rather than banning people from having a social life, we teach our members how to balance their social life enough to where they can still achieve the results they want.

You can’t have the best of both worlds at the end of the day, but you certainly can do both if you take an intelligent and calculated approach to it.

Elliot trains hard roughly 3-4 days per week, controls his calorie intake and tracks his progress.

If you do these 3 things, then you’re off to a great start.

32lbs is a lot of weight to lose over the space of 3 months, and the last thing we promote is quick fixes. But Elliot is an example of what can be achieved when you set yourself goals to achieve.

Also remember the amount of weight/body fat you can lose and the rate at which you can do so is completely relative to how much you have to lose.

Someone with 30% body fat will lose weight faster than someone who has 15% body fat.

Either way Elliot has smashed it. We hope his results will inspire others to do the same. Elliot is getting married in June and looking to push his results even further so watch this space.
