At RTB we specialize in 1 on 1 Personal Training and Group Personal Training. Whether it’s to lose weight, get toned/add muscle, or just becoming stronger and fitter we’re here to help.

We are not a circuit class or a boot-camp! We are not a commercial gym where you are just a number.

We specialize in GROUP & 1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING in Liverpool.

RTB is a private facility and is 100% personal training focused.

We have a strict no time waster policy. 

We encourage a positive and empowering atmosphere in our gym where you will train alongside friendly, super-motivated men and women who are passionate about transforming their lives through health and fitness.

Group TRaining MEMBERSHIP

Looking to get stronger, fitter and leaner? Want a gym that works for you yet has a friendly environment? At RTB we offer our large group personal training to men and women in Liverpool. 

Our large group training has been trialed and tested with over 500 people and our results speak for themselves. You’ll get the benefit of strength workouts to help you tone up, burn fat and get in shape with the added benefit of being surrounded by positive, like-minded people and being a part of a friendly community.

Our large group training is predominantly based around the training elements of fitness.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Want to get in the shape of your life without being tied down to one specific gym or membership? Want to transform your body no matter where you are in the world?
